I think that we (the task force - is that who you meant?) should also complete it - as we have said before we are not doing statistics from this questionnaire and although we have thought of the questions - I certainly would like to give my answers as well!\par

What are everyone's thoughts about panelists themselves responding to\par
the questionnaire?\par
Should we feel obliged to fill out one?\par
Should we consider ourselves barred from comment?\par
Is there some middle ground between the two extremes?\par

Since I was unable to find a " NC-URDP Rules of Procedure" in my library\par
I am unsure how to proceed.\par
Any guidance is appreciated.\par
