I now understand your argument regarding the people who you
believe will join the ALSO.
Today there are individual domain name holders
(IDNH) with active domains. These people do not have a constituency in
the DNSO. Some of them use the GA list as policy input. Lets call them
"IDNH actives" This is potentially a big group.
If an ALSO is formed you believe that some people will
register a domain name only to get in to the ALSO. This is because they want to
influence the board elections or policy in the ALSO. Lets call them" IDNH
passives". This is potentially a small group.
Raul, why do you believe the "IDNH actives" will not also join
the ALSO?
