Thanks Philip for the update - this gives me a much better idea of the
job ahead of us now.

I presume the meeting in LA was an unplanned one as there was no
reference to it on this mailing list.

If I had known a taskforce meeting was to be held I would have happily
sought funding (not from ICANN from elsewhere) to allow me to attend
the ICANN meeting.

I don't see any problems with the ToR or the dates.
