Philip,
Sorry for the delay, I have been away for two days.
I like the idea of the minority report: it has the additional advantage of 
pointing out what the disagreement was instead of leaving a vague "I don't 
like it".
Good idea!
Additionally, I believe that you expressed concisely the spirit of my 
objections in the additional viewpoints.
