[nc-review] Can I suggest?

Hello Review-Committee members,

First, thank you, Roberto and Alejandro, for your responses out of
silence.

It is a good news that US's LONG holiday is getting toward its end:-)
and Theresa's positive interest in forming DNSO Review WG is
mostly welcomed.

It seems that we are going to have at least three teleconferences
due to DNSO Board election, which has been established as
our most critical mission out of other paper missions.

Therefore, I want to suggest each constituency come up with a
constituency development report to self-reflect constituency itself.

As we have seen, there have been folks out there who are skeptical
about the constituency and its representations system like Names
Council and it is right time for each constituency to look back on it.

Thanks,

YJ
