I will read carrefully your proposal later tonight.

My suggestion is to add a short statement like this - unless
it is already inside.

"All fees collected by Verisign for dot org registrations 
for dates after the transfer of registry ownership will be 
transfered to the new registry. Such fees to include the 
nominal market price where for some reason the fees were
sold for less than this amount".
