[nc-org] Call for comments by Nov 26

Aside from Marc, none of you have
commented on the latest draft. Please
do so by Monday next or I will proceed
as if you all are totally thrilled with
the changes I proposed. 

Also, please give some thought to Andrew
McLaighlin,s suggestion that a committee
assembled by NCNDHC perform a review of
the applicant Supporting Organizations.

If this idea is to be followed up, we
need to put it in the document also.
