OK, I get the clear message from several participants that nothing
will be published before the F2F meeting. 

Speaking of the f2f meeting, shall we set a time and place? 
I would propose the hotel that the ICANN meetings are in
around 7:00 pm on Thursday. I arrive around 1:30 and would
hope that my plane would not be too late.
