I note that you are cross-posting discussion e-mails to the Intake Committee
list as well as Council.

The IC should not be a discussion forum. That is for Council.
A posting to the list of an agenda proposal should be one-time. If there are
questions from others about the proposal, fine - that is for the list.
Anything else is not.

Lets try to keep this list simple to follow and not impose on Council
members the tedium of seeing the same e-mail two or three times.
