[nc-intake] LA agenda
Fellow IC members,
the agenda for LA is tabled for discussion at the October 19
teleconference. As it will be a meeting in public I am unhappy with the
idea we run a normal agenda with a mix of issues and boring administration. Lets
defer the admin stuff for the December teleconference.
Erica has proposed the idea of a strategic business plan for
the NC which is a great idea. We also have the Review Committee questions. My
thoughts for LA are that we discuss in depth just these two ideas.
1. The structure and content of the NC business plan
2. The ideas that have come back from the Review
questionnaire.
This is much more the sort of substantive debate to have in a
public forum.
