You will recall that the Council adopted procedures that go into effect when
a Constituency fails to make full payment of its dues by a certain number of
days after the invoice was sent [not received]. Evidently, four
Constituencies are currently in arrears for their 2001 dues, but I cannot
tell from this table how far they are behind in their payments.
Can you clarify the dates on which each of these invoices for 2001 dues were
sent?

Here is an updated summary of the DNSO funds held by ICANN. Please note
that some of the Total Funds on Hand may be subject to the interim
secretariat commitment that the NC made, which we understand is still
subject to unfulfilled conditions.
