[nc-budget] Secretariat - contingency plan and financial structure

thanks your swift response.
1. On the contingency plan, please discuss your ideas (which
sound interesting) - with the budget committee and come up with a proposal
for the NC - if time is running short we can consult the NC by e-mail.
2. I am happy to help as NC chair on the financial structure
issue and agree with the need for speed. Again the NC needs guidance from
the budget committee on this. Perhaps a presentation of options with
pluses/minuses ? A one-page table should do it focusing on the key points heard
during the various telecoms.
