RE: [nc-budget] Revised proposal for DNSO FUND under law 1901

Elisabeth, this legal language applies to an LLC, or LLP,

Limited Liability Corporation or Limited Liability Partnership under
Delaware law-

that's where the "Member" references come from.

Is this acceptable under French Law? (this language?)

Peter

Subject: [nc-budget] Revised proposal for DNSO FUND under law 1901

Greetings,

The attached is a revised proposal for the DNSO Professional Support Fund
under French Law 1901.

In order to provide you an easy to read and compare proposal,
we received an authorisation from the NSI to use a Delaware text.

Kind regards,
Elisabeth
