Roger,
in the absence of a draft proposal to the Budget Committee from you
following our last call I presume that you will NOT be making a proposal for
2001 subs at the NC call tomorrow.

I would like to discuss the issue raised in my last e-mail before I could
agree that the Budget Committee make such a proposal to the NC.
