I realized that, but I was even not asked for the 18th. I did not see any
request for date since the answer to Philip. That's why I was so
surprised.
Rather than scanning one date at a time for everyone, Why don't you as
people to quote their avaibality on a date matrix. It is therefore more
simple and quicker to see any consensus or eventually minimize the
missings at once.
17th is not possible for me
18th is not possible for me.
19th is reserved for a DNSO teleconf
20th is a friday (I am teaching every friday)
You may end by doing it without me!
Conclusions: Teleconf require to be firmly scheduled in advance and not
moved. A late date change will exclude automatically (busy) people. That's
not the best way to manage.
When I see all expectations put in the job description for the search of a
professional individual... We have still a lot of progress to do ourselves
to look like this highly qualified indivdual!
