I would suggest that this (situation) be treated as business in the private
sector would. The person is absent, and the return is unknown- both as to
when and as to if.

One, or more persons on the committee need to carry on (or re-do) the work.

Hope this will happen soon. If not, the nc-budget work will be
significantly delayed for a reason even external to the group itself.
What are we going to present as report to the call on the 21st?
