10. A statement indicating your ideas, intentions and/or the reason why you
consider you should be elected to serve in the ICANN Board:

First and foremost, I will fairly and independently represent the interests
of all members of the Internet community, because I regularly handle legal
matters for high technology clients who range from large to small, and who
have different intellectual property needs and goals.

Second, I will be accessible to the community, and will insure that many
voices are considered in the ICANN decision-making process.

Third, I will also be an outspoken advocate for ICANN's political and
funding needs.

Fourth, I have a reputation for integrity and hard work, and an ability to
exercise independent judgment.

Fifth, I have an understanding of the Internet's architecture and history,
and I have experience with the domain name and IP address systems.

Sixth, I have experience in international and/or multicultural
environments, and a strong educational background.

Finally, I am accomplished in the high technology legal industry, and I am
willing and able to contribute my skills, experience, time, energy and
interest to the ICANN Board.

Thank you.
