I enthusiastically endorse the candidacy of Paul Kane to serve as a member
of the ICANN Board of Directors.  The breadth of Paul's experience, in
tandem with his innovative style and 'can do' mindset, will bring greater
depth to the ICANN Board while fostering greater collaboration among its
many constituencies.
