After reviewing the credentials of my colleague Ronald N. Weikers

I hereby endorse the nomination of Ronald.Weikers to serve on the Board
of Directors of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers
("ICANN") in the election to fill one of the seats held by ICANN's
Domain Name Supporting Organization ("DNSO").  Mr. Weikers is eminently
qualified to fill the position and has expressed both the ability and
willingness to devote his expertise to this area of growing importance.
I think he will serve with honor and distinction.
