We are webcasting, to assure that anybody can listen in without having any
costs. An e-mail address will be supplied for feedback into the meeting.
The goals of openess and possibility of feedback are accomplished at 0
costs for those who are not in the NC and wish to participate. As the
business plan is not yet in place, we have no money whatsoever for
anything. The bridge is so far being volunteered by different members of
the pNC. It is already complicated enough. Asking each organization to
actually invoice somebody else is making things overly complicated.

No, it is a meeting of the provisional Names Council. It is open, as all
meetings of the Names Council. The subjects to be dealt with will be
administrative, fixing calendar and actions to follow up with whatever
decisions the ICANN Board decides on.

Nobody mentioned such problem during the meeting. If you have concerns, you
should ask your pNC representatives to address them during the next meeting.
