http://forum.icann.org/mail-archive/alac/msg00294.html
"The ALAC would like to express its worry for the growing practice of
providing affirmative replies to DNS queries for unregistered domain
names at the registry level."
====

1. How many people on the so-called ALAC know anything about the DNS ?
2. Are you talking about A Records (32-bit replies) ?
3. What about AAAA Record (128-bit) replies ?
4. What about Registries that look at the AM/FM bit ?

Are you on the AM Internet or the FM InterNAT ?
