Sorry, Max, but you're a long way behind me... I have now been waiting over
295 days for Dan Halloran (ICANN's Registrar Liaison Exec) to acknowledge my
mail on... ICANN and Registrars

Seems like there is a culture of non-responsiveness, or evading questions
you don't want to answer by ignoring them.

In contrast, .au has written a responsiveness policy, with time limits for
answering mail, into their processes.

So it can be done, it's just that some people are not open.
