another incarnation.  an abstract of the second coming of joop teepstra.
well i trust joop within his limitations.  he's a good chap and means
well.

but 1,000 users and only 171 vote.  why is that? thats only 17% and no
majority - hardly worth a mention - or have i missed something - why so
many inactive users.
