Yep.  Let's find a way to improve the gross from $6 to $24.  It's not
as good as the good-ole-days for $35 or $50, but it is one heck of a
lot better for the bottom line than $6.

So what, if all other competition is stifled.  Monopolies know how to
to do that . . .
