Marilyn and all assembly members,

  Respectfully Marilyn I disagree with you here.  Indeed how "We" process
information is really not the point but in part is just a twist of what IS the point
of Karls point(s).  Rather any and all input to any constituency should
be open and transparent.  This means accessible, which is a process
problem.  Process, openness, and transparency problems have been, and
remain the crux of most of the DNSO's, the ICANN BOD, and staff's
current as well as ongoing systemic problems...
