Danny and all assembly members,

  It is clear and has been for some time now that the predominant problem
with ICANN or DNSO task force(s) is a lack of good management
due to the skewed selection process imposed by the ICANN BOD
and in particular the ICANN staff.  We have seen this continue unabated
for almost a year now with first the .ORG Task force and now for some
time, the TF Task force...
