Which was a stupid decision in the first place, but even taking it as
is, it simply says PRIMARY purpose.  How do you want to go about
ascertaining primary purpose, Richard?

It's damn near impossible.

And I think you are setting a very unreasonable standard for Neulevel
to meet.  And you want them to apply a standard to registrants that is
unreasonable and unfair.

I Will continue to challenge your demands of them and to point out why
they are unreasonable.
