No, it isn't in this case, because the things these parties want moved
outside of ICANN's reach are the very things that SHOULD be in ICANN's
reach. They are not advocating for the changes we are, and we should
not support them simply because they are attacking ICANN, but because
we support the reasons behind the criticisms.

There are areas where ICANN needs to be reigned in. NONE of these
parties are talking about any of those areas, and no where in the
letter in question are those areas even mentioned.
