  Who is the "WE" in you response below Vint?

  It would seem to me and evidently a huge number of other
stakeholders/users that the "WE" in your response below
would be those very same stakeholders/users...

  Perhaps you and the ICANN BoD would prefer a more
Worldcom type solution?  Let's hope not...
