I'd sure like to see this, Joe, if in fact you are being genuine.
What are the solid reasons why they feel elections are not a good way
to select Board members?

I have my own opinion about the real reason, but I'll take you up on
your statement here that they are willing to share their reasons.

Please post the reference for us here, so we can all be enlightened by
their so called wisdom.
