It is the queerest thing that ever actually worked.
Go to www.gigalaw.com  ;  any reasonable reading tells you that this list is a
liability waiting to happen.
Actually we have these things called monitors - they are in fact editors.
Then we have this thing called the NC - actually in fact they are publishers.
Then we have this group that writes - actually they are reporters.
If the editors and publishers have the power over content, which they do, then
they are liable for that content and any libellous (in print slander) material
herein.
AS is at this moment our editor and so your material posted here must pass his
muster.
In the US we call this censorship, which any good publication requires, while in
reality we censor ourselves because we want our articles read.
While he cannot possibly monitor or edit each piece, herein lies the original
cause for delay.
A really lousy mechanics is the secondary cause, and a desire to halt our
discussions which is evidenced in the new blueprint is another.
