Dear Vint,

I have appreciated reading the comments posted by director Linda S. Wilson to 
the Board Committee on Evolution and Reform.  Might I encourage you to 
recommend to your fellow directors that they follow the example of Ms. 
Wilson?  We would all benefit from better understanding the thinking of our 
directors.
