  This was suggested several times before by yours truly.  It of course
went ignored.  Thank you Joanna for bringing it up again.  Yesterday
I suggested that a Web interface be set up that could include this
function.

  Agreed.  And a web interface on the DNSO.ORG web site for those
that have changed E-Mail addresses that are already registered or have
registered with an old or different E-Mail address and wish to change
that E-Mail address.
