I have posted additional comments on process and structure to

Perhaps Thomas can advise whther there will be available listen-only ports 
for tomorrow's NC Structure teleconference, and whether the GA Chair and 
Co-Chair have been invited to participate.  It would also be nice to know if 
the session will be webcast.
