I came back yesterday after long absence, and caught up with the backlog.
I was surprised and puzzled about the disappearance of one major item from 
ICANN's agenda in these last times, and sent therefore the question shown 
below.
Please push it through, if you think that this objective should still be 
within the scope of ICANN.
