[ga] Volunteers needed: whois task force.

The whois task force is currently reviewing questionnaires.

This job is done by the various representatives to the Task Force 
(for the GA, that's currently Danny Younger, but he doesn't seem to 
be responsive right now), plus one or two "assistants" who help with 
the review.

If you have the time to wade through approximately 200 
questionnaires, extracting results into some format the task force 
has agreed upon, please contact me off-list.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR A NEW GA REP TO THE TF.
