Mr. Farrar,

Thank you for your question.

Like communication styles, the amount of communication varies from person 
to person.  Having rules for conduct and limiting communication seems like 
a probable solution; and yet the real solution lies within each person - 
self control.  The real trick would be to have an atmosphere where people 
add to / modify / attack the written understandings &/or opinions of 
participants in a trackable format without excess emotional fallout.

If we are going to have posting limits, it would be nice if the Assembly 
voted for their ground rules and the consequences for breaking them to 
provide a clear path of action.  Personally, eight (8) posts per day to the 
moderated list with no limit on sub-lists would be my preference with an 
automated reaction triggered by DNSO.org software and if not; then added 
functionality to the ga-abuse site so the list monitors would have a more 
automated solution than we did if they choose to use it.
