That's 4 million nationwide, and even the court said it is VERY
unlikely to happen.

The court didn't order the shutdown, as some news outlets are
claiming, but merely is letting Excite@Home have the option of
shutting down service for cable companies who do not enter into new
contracts with them.

It is VERY VERY unlikely anyone will lose their internet connection
tonight because of this, and still very very unlikely it happen even
next week.

This just gave the corporation more power in the negotiations with the
cable companies.

And none of this has diddly squat to do with ICANN or the DNSO.
