Rick and all assembly members,


  Good suggestion(s) Rick.  One thing though, given the Excite @home
failure and the ICANN staff's dubious "Implementation" record let's please
NOT have the ICANN staff implement anything for the time being
or suggest such, until they become much more competent in doing so
and have proper professional implementation oversight.  Ok?  >;)
