Vany and all,

  It think it is fairly clear that the ICANN staff folks do not know how
to make such changes properly and certainly not in a timely manner.
This if course as you nicely point out leads to another problem
as well that is very ferboding as well and also points out how
inept and the ICANN staff seems to be.
