Patrick and all assembly members,
I am in strong agreement with your assessment here on this one Patrick.
I also doubt that anything WILL be done by the ICANN staff or BoD
as it is not in their specific best interest to do so. But this whole
.BIZ "Deal" has been a scam from the get go if you ask me. This
is just another instance amongst many that has been reported to
the ICANN BoD and staff that will likely go unaddressed.
