Re: [ga] Net security's a losing battle


But what, in your view, is there to discuss about this?  I thought ICANN
has long has the obligation and power to create a backup - that's the
"escrow" it's supposed to run.  AFAIK, it just hasn't bothered.  Too busy
explaining why an at-large membership is a danger to the internet?  No
policy changes are required here, just staff action to implement
long-existing policy.  Or am I missing something?
