Stuart, Roberto and all,

  I agree with Roberto that the next MDR meeting should not be postponed
or changed in any way as to the date or place.

  I would however suggest that additional security precautions be
strongly considered for this next MDR meeting.  Let's not make
such a gathering an easy target for terrorists.

  On another of Roberto's comments, (See below) I must say that now,
the way to peace is going to be through war.  Sept 11th made that necessary.
Until or unless the high level of threat from terrorists is reduced
significantly
or all together, the opportunity for escalation from fanatic religious and
other Ideological groups is extremely dangerous to us all....
