This is not an organization, its a constituency. The ccTLD
Constituency is not an organization, it is a means for representation
of those who qualify for membership. That is its sole "mission."

The definition of a constituency is who qualifies for membership.

The only mission a constituency can have is to be an instrument of
representation in the DNSO process for those who qualify as its
members.

Anything unless is unnecessary and counterproductive.
