I am sorry. I cannot enroll as your are Brittish in your constituency 
definition. Also this is pure Dennis Jennings. Why to use the words @large 
within the poor DNSO...
I am Member of the DNSO/BC... I will apply to NonCom. And was/am in the 
IDNO. You know people may wera several hats.
This restrictions put aside, your text shows that everyone agree more or 
less and brings its own proposition. This is good.
