[ga] Analysis of Image Online Design .WEB Registrations to Date

In response to my Analysis of Registrations in the Atlantic Root Network
.BIZ TLD (<http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/people/edelman/dotbiz>), I received
several inquiries suggesting that I apply similar methods to registrations
in other TLDs.

I have repeated the majority of analysis on the Image Online Design .WEB
TLD, again focusing on questions about registration counts and use, again
reaching findings based on data freely available over the Internet.

feedback from others interested in these questions, and to continued
