yes. this is true, but also as far as I understand, we continue with AFNIC
until June 30 and they will be payed.

AFNIC for the year 2000 charged to DNSO almost $34000.00 only in internet
services without taking in count the conectivity to Internet. And this
figure is only for part-time staff!!!

Yes...it is very odd and ilogical since the managing of the mailing list,
with a little effort is done.
