[ga] Formal Warning to the Members of his List

Warning:

I hate the personal abusing level which develops in parallel to this ML. I 
consider it as a direct result of the mischairing of this list and of the 
importance of the matters at stake the GA is dramatically disabled to address.

I have proposed my help to the Chairs to restore a normal chairmanship and 
I am sure that most of you would join such an effort. But it has to be 
accepted that chairing is not directing and by-passing but catalyzing 
debates and looking for internal synergies.

 From now on I want to officially warn that I may decide to make public any 
private mail from either of the Chairs or any other Member I would 
privately receive about any personal feud. I hope this will decrease the 
volume of these nasty-mails.

I motioned to officialise the ga-rogue list in order to show the absurdity 
we went down to. I wish to be the first on that list, whatever the name 
those who have already set-it up are giving to it.
