The point is that D'Crock is one of the architects of the status quo. He'd
like it to remain unchallenged.
 

I know it is not right on point but is it true that Mr. Crispin and Mr.
CRocker have consulting contracts with the BoD of ICANN that relate to
the At Large "membership".  OTOH it is right on point if those contracts
relate to membership at all in any way.
