Peter, Joanna and all remaining assembly members,

  I tend to agree with Joanna's assessment as well.  This shall remain
true for some time to come.  How long, is a matter of conjecture
however.  Should .WEB ever become a "Legacy TLD" or other
root structures gain popularity, this could change...  But this would
take allot of marketing $$....
